【新加坡審計要求】即看新加坡公司豁免審計的3個基本要求

根據新加坡公司法規定，所有註冊在新加坡的公司都需要進行年度審計，並在審計後向商業註冊局提交年度財務報告。審計的目的是驗證公司的財務狀況和財務報告的準確性，以確保公司符合新加坡的財務報告要求和法規。

所有的新加坡公司，無論其規模大小，都需要進行年度審計，除非滿足以下幾種情況之一：

1. 公司是小型公司

如果公司符合以下條件，則被視為小型公司，無需進行年度審計：

• 公司在過去兩個財政年度內的總營業額不超過S$10,000,000;
• 公司在過去兩個財政年度內的淨資產不超過S$10,000,000;
• 公司擁有不超過50名股東。

不過為了保障股東權益，以上豁免需要股東全數同意才可生效。如果有股東不同意放棄審計，公司仍需要進行年度審計。

需要注意的是，即使符合豁免條件，公司仍然需要提交年度財務報告。
